My wife and I expected more out of a restaurant that had survived through covid and the Pittsburgh restaurant scene and left disappointed but having had a good time with our friends. It was a nice portion of a good looking desert but unfortunately it was very dry and over-cooked. For desert we decided to share the chocolate cake recommended by the server. I had hope for some rich flavors but instead got something that while it tasted ok was reminiscent of an ordinary pot roast. My osso buco was ok certainly nothing to write home about especially priced at $65.00. And although she she said her steak was cooked well done, I looked over and I could see a small section of bright red meat, when you order a steak from an expensive steakhouse you expect it to be 1. swimming on this large plate with little else to occupy the plate. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant and its views of the Gateway Center and were having a great time with our friends when the food arrived, Darlene's steak looked like a large dried fig.
